Thursday, November 19 – Sunday November 22, 2020
The practice of gratitude is one of the most important spiritual disciplines or practices we can adopt. It puts us in right relationship with God, with God’s creation, with one another and with ourselves. It is at the heart of prayer and of worship. This workshop series will focus on how we can raise our awareness of the giftedness of our lives and how we can practice living with a spirit of gratitude.
Join Br. David Vryhof in a group Zoom session over four consecutive days of teaching on a core spiritual practice: the cultivation of gratitude.
