Reservoir

The kind of prayer we call “oblation” means handing to God what is too much for us to carry. Without that prayer, we risk becoming infected by what has affected us. Without that prayer, there will be nothing left to give or to live. Be a reservoir. Make a retreat, at least once a day. At least. You’re worth it.
